How does sound affect our perception of food, and how does taste affect our experience of music?

Tasteful Turntable is a sensuous performance that explores this sense-interference between music and gastronomy. A slowly turning dining table is designed specially to provide the guests with parallel stimuli through the ears and mouth.

The composition will be performed in an intimate setting for only four guests at a time.

Reservation is required.

The food should not be considered as a full meal, but rather a taste experience.
Tasteful Turntable has previously been presented at Copenhagen Cooking, Wundergrund festival in Denmark and in Studio Loss (The Hague), Steim (Amsterdam), November Music (Den Bosch) and Media art friesland (Leeuwarden) in the Netherlands

Performance duration 30mins. Four guests at a time.
Performed by Augusta Sørense, Nikolaj Kynde and Lars Kynde.

We look forward to seeing you!

Lars and Nikolaj Kynde (Concept, Composition and design)
Mette Martinussen and Augusta Sørensen (Chef, Food composition)
Giulia Crispiani (Porcelain design)
